Our mission is to develop a diverse, equitable and inclusive engineering and technology workforce.

Since 2006, we have been developing targeted interventions all along the engineering skills pipeline, including:

• Providing awareness training for new career opportunities in the engineering and tech fields for women and girls.

• Developing and running employability training for female engineering students, and a platform for engineering companies to recruit top female engineering talent.

• Support female founders and innovators in STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Manufacturing) businesses through our targeted incubator and accelerator programmes.

• Running skills training programmes for the engineering industry with a focus on leadership and intraprenuership.
